General Information

On 4 July 2016, Christian Stefanou travelled from his place of birth and legal residence in Cyprus, with his mother Elina Finogentova to Russia to visit his grandparents with the promise of return on 27th July 2016 (as per court order) but until this present day is illegally detained in Russia, being deprived of his loving father and family in Cyprus for over 3700 days, despite efforts for his return.
