General Information

On 4 July 2016, Christian Stefanou travelled from his place of birth and legal residence in Cyprus, with his mother Elina Finogentova, to Russia to visit his grandparents, with the promise of returning on 27 July 2016 (as per court order). To this day he is illegally detained in Russia, deprived of his loving father and family in Cyprus for more than ten years, despite efforts for his return.
